Congratulations Card


 

I created this using a kit I created -- Lauren's Birthday Kit -- it adapted well!  This was part of the front, I attached this to another piece of patterned cardstock folded and cut to size for the envelope.  The gems are from Shabby Princess, also used Atomic Cupcake actions.
