C is for CUPCAKE, at least, it is according to Serena.  We baked mini-cupcakes and decorated them together for the Easter Brunch we hosted at our new home.  Serena helped add the ingredients and stir (and eat!) the batter.  She was also the official taste tester once they were frosted.  YUM!
